Can we use a Purchase Order?
Yes, we can invoice the time spent to a PO, with terms of net 30 days. Please contact us to set that up.
Do I need a Webcam and Microphone?
A webcam and microphone are both optional. As long as your CMM computer has internet, we can share screens and communicate over the phone. To get the most out of the training sessions, please confirm you have an internet connection at your CMM computer. If the CMM does not have internet, you can join the online meeting at another computer, while we share the Calypso screen from our end.
How do I schedule my appointment?
After you place your order for live online training, we will contact you to set up a specific time that works best for your schedule. We can divide larger time blocks into shorter segments over several days, if you prefer. You will also receive an email with a link to join the online meeting.
Can we record the session?
Yes! After our meeting, you will get a link to download the video recording of the session to keep for later reference.
