Release Procedure

In RoboTask:

1. Backup all tasks, including Victory Programming folder.
2. Delete Victory Programming folder
3. Enable the startup task “Create Calypso Variables”
4. Disable Calypso Planner folder.
5. Backup all tasks to C:\Users\steve\Dropbox\Work\Calypso\Resources\Software Tools\Calypso Booster\Launched
6. Rename the zip file like “Calypso_Booster_RoboTask_Version1.0”
7. Move old zip file versions to C:\Users\steve\Dropbox\Work\Calypso\Resources\Software Tools\Calypso Booster\Archive
8. Restore RoboTask tasks including Victory Programming folder.

In PhraseExpress

1. Export the Calypso folder as a .pexdb file. Name it like “Calypso_Booster_PhraseExpress_Version1.0”

2. Move the .pexdb file to C:\Users\steve\Dropbox\Work\Calypso\Resources\Software Tools\Calypso Booster\Launched
3. Move old file versions to C:\Users\steve\Dropbox\Work\Calypso\Resources\Software Tools\Calypso Booster\Archive
