Download RoboTask

Choose the first option, “RoboTask 64-bit”.

Get the Calypso Booster files

If you have not already purchased the Calypso Booster package, you can buy it here. You will receive an email with a link to download all the files.

Install RoboTask

1. Double-click the RoboTaskSetup.exe file that you downloaded, and follow instructions in the first 3 windows.
2. In the “Select Additional Tasks” window, make sure the one highlighted here is checked. The shortcut icons and examples are optional.
3. Click Next, then Install.
4. Click Finish to Lauch RoboTask.
5. RoboTask runs minimized by default. Click on the tray icon to open the program window.

Register the License

1. In the main window of RoboTask, select the "Help - Enter registration code" menu. A registration code input window will appear.
2. Copy and paste the code you received from the registration email, and click “Activate online”. (If you don’t have internet access on the computer, click the button to activate via email.)
3. Click “Restart RoboTask” on the next window.

Import the Calypso Booster files

After you order the Calypso Booster package, you will receive an email with a link to download the macro files.

1. In RoboTask, go to Tools - Restore Application Tasks…

2. Click on the “…” button to locate the “Calypso_Booster_RoboTask” zip file that you downloaded. Check the boxes, “Overwrite existing tasks” and “Overwrite task tree”.

Now you should see a Calypso folder in the tree menu.

3. If you are using Calypso Planner (simulation), activate the Calypso Planner folder. Select all the tasks in the Task list, then right click and select Active.

Important: finish the next step to complete the RoboTask setup. (Otherwise, many of the shortcuts won’t do anything.)
